Online Ordering Services
Los Bravos provides online ordering services for pickup, delivery, dine-in QR ordering, gift card purchases, loyalty rewards, and other restaurant-related services.
All orders are subject to menu availability, restaurant operating hours, and acceptance by the selected Los Bravos location.
Account Registration
Certain features may require account registration.

Orders and Payments

QR Code Table Ordering
Customers using QR code ordering services are responsible for reviewing their order before submission.
Once food preparation has begun, order modifications may not be possible.
Loyalty Rewards and Promotions
Participation in loyalty programs, rewards, discounts, coupons, and promotional campaigns may be subject to additional rules.
Los Bravos reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue rewards programs and promotional offers at any time.
Rewards and promotional credits have no cash value unless required by law.
Gift Cards
Gift cards may be purchased and redeemed according to applicable gift card terms.
Gift cards are not redeemable for cash except where required by law.
Lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of gift cards may not be replaceable.
Refunds and Cancellations
Orders may be eligible for cancellation before preparation begins.
Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Approved refunds may require several business days to appear on your original payment method, depending on your financial institution.
Food Allergies and Dietary Requests
